I have submitted posts to Angie's list and Yahoo. They are all outstanding. The best part of your business is your staff. The front desk arranged and kept me posted on the appointment. The two servicemen looked and acted very professinally, were very helpful, friendly. They arrived exactly on time, and Lee explained everything that they were going to do. The carpets looked great and smelled clean, not "chemical" or artifically perfumed. I have had contact allergies to carpet cleaners previously, so I felt good about zerorez removing the past chemicals and leaving the carpet clean. So you have made another zerorez fan. Your company has made good choices in the staff, the servicemen, and in their training.

The carpet dries quickly, and it looks brand new. We have 3 small children with cream carpet throughout our house (imagine how "clean" it looked prior to Zerorez- lol). The service technician was friendly and was aimed at making sure we were satisfied!

The technician, Timothy, was very professional and did a superb job. My carpet hasn't looked this great since it was first installed. Further, I really appreciated getting a phone call letting me know the technician was on the way. All in all I would say that you exceed my expectations.

Tech arrived early. Finished the job thoroughly and quickly. Products did not leave any strong odors or perfumes. No complaints.

Ten-year-old Carpet was so very clean after. Even my "queen of clean" mother in law commented on how nice it looked. Scheduling was easy and cost was affordable. Would have liked the option to move furniture to clean though...
