I have to say I was a Stanley Steemer believer for years but I now have a new carpet cleaining company. The gentleman who did my carpets was personable, efficient, and knowledgable. My carpets look fantastic. I had one room that had had three previous renters in it and I thought the carpet would have to be ripped up and replaced. Not after Zerorez. I've always loved zerorez. My only concern this time was that the carpets normally have a nice scent to them but when they finished, the scent was not there. Has something changed with the formula you use?

The carpets in the home we are renting were awful. Now they look like they belong in our home. A huge difference.
