Good clean carpet and good clean smell.

My carpets are over eight years old and had many stains. When I had other companies come out to clean, my carpets looked better but never completely clean.My neighbor had your company come out and clean her house. She highly recommended Zerorex, so I decided to try your company as well. When Patrick, the technician, asked me to come and looked at my carpets after they had beeen cleaned, I was amazed. The carpets looked like they were brand new. ALL of the stains were gone, my carpets were very fluffly, and they smelled so fresh. I could not believe it. Patrick was very professional and proud of your company. He is a very good representative for you. I already recommended your company to my mother and my friend. Both will be calling to make an appointment in a few weeks. I will NEVER have another company come to clean my carpets ever again.

First of all the tech were exceptionally friendly & thorough in making sure they did exactly what I needed. They never pushed additional services that would have increased the cost. He did offer, but never pushed. Both techs were very careful not not track in debris from outside. After finishing my carpet, they made sure I was pleased (which to say I was is an understatement). I have been prepared to buy new carpet, but after having them cleaned by Zerorez, it's no longer necessary. I am astounded at how clean they are- stains I never expected to come out. Plus... I have 5 children & it's a comfort to know there wasn't any chemical that I had to worry about when they vame home from school. I'm thrilled about the entire process. Thank you!

Carpets look good after cleaning. The only comment I have is that they took MUCH longer to dry than the 4-6 hours that were stated. They were still slightly damp 24 hours later.

After speaking with Rich earlier today, I understand more about Zerorez's cleaning process and the odor has subsided over time. As I told Rich, the technician was great. The servicemen arrived on time,were very professional and looked at the job overall before they started the job. They finished in a timely manner and asked we look at their work before completion. We have had their service several times in our home and will have them return in the future.
