The young man that cleaned the carpet was very pleasant. The carpets look great & the pet stains are gone which I didn't expect. However, there were some areas of soil that did not come completely clean. I was disappointed about that.

My name is Deacon First name removed,called Zerorez for estimate at Church:the Sanctuary,pews,chairs n choir stand and hallways and back offices.We even asked bout Grout n bathroom.Several estimates are obtained(Church Policy). Needless to say Zerorez gave the Church the best price.
