Our carpet was very dirty from remodeling. Patrick, the technician, spent time and energy to get our carpet spotlessly clean. He had a wonderful personality. Instead of the usual technicians that SOME companies send, I was not at all worried about being a female and being alone in my home with him. I was 100% satisfied and will tell my neighbors about the experience.

Your service tech are very friendly and professional. I sent wool Chinese rug in and the spots that I thought would be removed were still om the rug, though the rug did look clean. It didn't appear dirty when I sent it but the spots were why I sent it in. They took another wool Chinese rug when they returned so I will see how the stain looks when it is returned.

Love that there are no chemicals used to clean.

my carpet is white and 22 years old. we had a bathroom remodeled and my husband caught the tiles cutting tile and spilling black stuff on our carpet. Along with that 3 cats and a dog the carpet looked terrible. we were going to replace it after Christmas but needed it atleast clean for my grandchildren to crawl on. WE WERE AMAZED! NO EXTRA COST OR TREATMENTS. THE CARPET LOOKS ALSMOST BRAND NEW! Kiwi, Pro Carpet and several other couldn't even get out a plain old water mark even with charging alot extra! From now on its only Zerorez! Living on the corner lot we have had a few people already ask how you did. Thanks

The cleaning seems to last, spots don't come back in a few days like with other methods.
