It starts with the product. It works! But it takes good delivery and our tech, Brian Hunt (see I remember his name) was the best--courteous, helpful, efficient. He got mayo stain up that hat been there two years. He got residue out in the basement form chocolate spilled over ten years ago. Very glad I called.

My technician was extremely pleasant, extremely hard working and very careful of my things. He paid attention to what I said and worked hard to ensure I was happy - you could tell he took pride in what he was doing for the customer.
Best of all, when he left, my installed carpet was so much better than when he arrived and my area rugs are off to get a bath and return within the week.
