The person who cleaned my carpets was wonderful. He was extremely knoweledgable, very friendly, and very helpful. Next time I get my carpets cleaned, I would like for him to come do them.

Also, he was able to provide me cost numbers for an area rug I wanted to get cleaned.

The technician arrived on time and communicated his plan of action with the areas requiring cleaning. I also appreciated that he set up wall/corner protectors so the hoses wouldn't rub the walls in my home. The technician, John Stark, did an excellent job and it's nice to know my carpet and sofa have been cleaned well and sanitized.
