Jonathan came to my house last Wednesday and carefully pulled the equipment upstairs and explained what he would be doing. Not only was he courteous and careful, he was VERY thorough as he had to wait for some pet stains to finish later. (My daughter and husband had lived with us for three months getting out of the Air Force and had two maltese poodles} With my dog there were three dogs in the house. You can imagine the doggie "mistakes" Jonathan was doing what had to be done. He is the best rug cleaner I have had!!!! I am a retired teacher and am picky. He gets an A+ Want Jonathan next time!!

I like the cleanliness of the carpet and the work they put into it well done. I was a little upset Saturday because my carpet did not look at good when it was done the last time. It appear to still be dirty and had a order to it not a fresh order.
But I will continue to use Zerorez because no one is perfect. And continue to refer my friends and family.
