I liked your technicians, Hamilton and Richard. They explained everything thoroughly and then got the job done quickly and were gone! Great price too!
I like that your system is chemical/soap free and there is nothing left behind.
They get the stains out
The service was efficient and clearly explained. Both employees were friendly and ready to answer any questions we might have. They invited questions. It was a pleasure having them work in the house. The product was great -- no odors and cleaned the carpet well.
Expert cleaning. Easy to schedule. Reasonably. Priced.
It is clean without soap.
This is the first time I have used Zerorez so I will have to see if the clean holds up as advertised but right now I am very happy with the fresh smell and the drying time was quick. Mostly I am happy with my technician who was Very personable, professional, informative and listened well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Quality of service and products used
Responsive when I called, folks who came very courteous, called ahead.
The professional crew you have on staff to do both the duct cleaning (AM appointment) and carpet cleaning (PM appointment same day) are experts in their own right. Yesterday (3/39/18) was an efficient use of my busy schedule by using the services of ZEROREZ.
Question: when are you able to offer pressure washing driveways and/or exterior house
HA, HA. I’d love to have an all-around SPRING CLEANING: interior & exterior!
Carpet cleaning guys were amazing. They paid attention to detail and went over and above what was required!! I’m recommending them to all my neighbors and I have one neighbor who is calling them and scheduling for next week
Great job cleaning the carpet! Your technican was polite friendly and professional. Will use again.
Your service is Great here. In Greenville SC your commercial is lacking. Last year I called and they said my my business was out of territory and I have to get lady in Atl. to get this corrected. This year I called and got transferred to another number and left messages 3 time and no one called. Finally called Atlanta and got this corrected.
