I like the qualified technicians, every time they have been very knowledgeable a professional!!! I like the idea of. It using chemicals and the way the carpet looks a feels afterwards is amazing!!! Never seen anything as good!!!

In general the level of cleaning was great! Once the carpet dried fully however I noticed some areas /spots that I thought would have come cleaner. I liked the professionalism of the technician.
