The carpets feel cleaner and look nicer than they have in a long, long time. My carpets are 19 years old. The technician was really nice and professional. He used corner guards to keep the hoses from causing damage. Also, a part of his machine broke, so there was a delay while they brought the parts to him., so he cleaned my steps for free. They look really nice. Thank you for rescuing my carpets!

I have used Zerorez for several years now. I have pets and it's really important to me that no one walks in my house and says "how many animals live here"? My carpets and rugs look perfect....and just as important the guys that do the service are fantastic!! I feel comfortable with them in my home. I've even seen a few of them a couple of times.
