I was very happy with my technician, Jessie Mar. She was professional and very honest and friendly. She evaluated the areas that needed cleaning and gave me honest feedback. She worked extra hard on problem spots and tried very hard to get areas as clean as possible. My carpets are pretty old and she cleaned and refreshed them very well!
