The technician. (Jordan) was very good. He was pleasant and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He was efficient and did not waste time He is a credit to your company. It is people like him that causes you to request services in the future.
The day following the treatment of the carpet in our family room a soiled area about a foot square appeared. My wife called the company and they are to send a technician on Monday afternoon to work on it. This soiled area had never before been on this carpet and it is peculiar that it would show up. JFW
