First off, Mr. Farley was extremely professional, courteous, and on time! He came in and surveyed what I had going on and advised he would pre-treat the carpet and attempt to get out the red clay dirt. By the time he'd finished the first spot, I was amazed and encouraged that he'd be able to get it all out and he did! I am ecstatic with the job he did. These carpets pretty much look new thanks to Mr. Farley and Zerorez!

This was a great experience. Rocio gave wonderful customer service when I was confirming my appointment. She was very friendly and answered all my questions quickly. Lee was great. When I met him, he put me at ease about the work he would be doing. He was extremely professional and I have no doubt he would do a great job. Well, once he was finished, my thoughts were immediately confirmed by the beautiful job he did on my home. I will definitely call on Zerorez again for cleaning and I hope everyone is as kind and professional as Rocio and Lee.

The service reps were prompt, courteous and efficient. They explained the process and what to expect. I like that they were able to clean the carpets without harsh chemicals and that the carpets were able to be walked on immediately (with bare feet or white socks). I will definitely use Zerorez again and also recommend them to my family, friends and neighbors.

Good news is the technician was a great guy. Very professional and thorough. All the areas he cleaned looked great. The bad news is all the old stains that were clean and gone before came back. Not his fault, rather it is the method of water verses dry carpet cleaning. It pulls out the old stains.

This was the first time we have used your company to clean our carpet. Overall, we were pleased. However, the service should have included the protectant. $30 per room charge was too high. We would like to see you have a “whole house” package that includes a protectant applied after the cleaning.
