Honestly, I have NEVER been disappointed with the quality of your service and the professionalism of your technicians! You rock! We recently moved from a four bedroom home to an apartment...and the carpets were pretty beat up! Since y'all came a few days ago, this place looks brand new! The "past" odor is gone and the carpet is bright and clean!!

We had our ducts cleaned and the coils and blower cleaned (turned out they were not that dirty but CoolRay said they were... go figure)

Both technicians were polite. Arrived in our time period. Very professional. Explained the process and showed me actual before and after pictures of the ducts.

Our ducts were ten years old and we can tell the difference in the airflow.
