The service was efficient and clearly explained. Both employees were friendly and ready to answer any questions we might have. They invited questions. It was a pleasure having them work in the house. The product was great -- no odors and cleaned the carpet well.

This is the first time I have used Zerorez so I will have to see if the clean holds up as advertised but right now I am very happy with the fresh smell and the drying time was quick. Mostly I am happy with my technician who was Very personable, professional, informative and listened well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Responsive when I called, folks who came very courteous, called ahead.

The professional crew you have on staff to do both the duct cleaning (AM appointment) and carpet cleaning (PM appointment same day) are experts in their own right. Yesterday (3/39/18) was an efficient use of my busy schedule by using the services of ZEROREZ.

Question: when are you able to offer pressure washing driveways and/or exterior house
