I especially appreciated the level of customer service I received. The young man, Jarvis, who cleaned my carpets was very willing to answer any and all questions I had. He was also very knowledgeable about the process. He made sure I was happy with the results after he cleaned each room.

I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning services I received from Zerorez. Our carpets looked like brand new and the Scotch Guard treatment proved to be worth the money. My cat recently was sick and the spots wiped right off the carpet and did not stain. The technician Mike Pacheco was very professional and took the time to walk me through the cleaning process prior to starting. I highly recommend Zerorez and will use them again in the future. Excellent serivce

The carpet looks almost new. All the stains are gone. It's amazing because another a popular brand company had recently cleaned my carpets repeated twice because I was not satisfied with their work. They told me the carpet was too old that's the reason the stains were not coming out. My husband said call zerorez. I didn't want to spend anymore money. I waited six months to call zerorez. Now even the stairs are clean. I look forward to going to a clean house. Thank you zerorez
