Excellent service. The technician was friendly and thorough. Carpets throughout the house were cleaned in about two hours. A bit pricey, but well worth it.

I always appreciate the professionalism & knowledge of the individuals that come into our home. This was our first experience having the duct work cleaned and I would highly recommend you to friends and family. In the past we've used HVAC companies that were only trying to sell us something.

Pickup and delivery is a nice option but I dropped off my first order at the warehouse. From start to finish the people were friendly, professional and brought my carpets back clean and not smelling of dogs. I am grateful and immediately sent a lovely silk carpet knowing it would be handled with care. I look forward to seeing what they do with it.

The technician was amazing, working from the time he arrived until he left. All business but nice as well. The only reason this isn't a 10 is because the service is a bit pricy, but that's not the technician's fault.

Zerorez is the best carpet cleaner ever! The whole team is knowledgeable about their products, usage of equipment and put in their best effort to make sure you are a client of theirs forever.

Unlike some of those other carpet cleaning companies, they carry their own water on board that heats up to a very high temperature which allows the carpet to dry faster. This is why your carpet is almost dry before they leave and if it's not, it will be dry within the next 2 to 3 hours.

Everyone at Zerorez is extremely friendly and helpful. I have never spoken to a rude team mate from this company.
