Technician was very friendly and professional. The results were good. The carpet is old and had some pet stains and other issues. The tech was honest and forthright in setting expectations and he exceeded them.
Technician was very good and did a good job. Like that process leaves little or no residual. Some stains did not come completely out, but they are better. Generally a positive experience.
