Every aspect of my service from Zerorez was enjoyable from the ease of scheduling, pricing, amending my request and ultimately the cleaning on the scheduled date. My sales rep was helpful and understanding of my needs without needless upselling and the service technician was great! He confirmed all rooms and what was to be accomplished and proceeded to complete everything in a timely manner. I had just moved into a new home that had neglected their carpets for many years. The Zerorez treatment brought them back to life and immediately improved the atmosphere of the home. I'd recommend this service and look forward to using them again in the future.
