The technician did a very good job. He was on scheduled and very courteous , professional, and informative. He provided additional information and other promotion services offered. After seeing one area cleaned, I decided to have the stairs cleaned also! Drying time was the only down side, compared to another company I've used for years. Otherwise, the house had a fresh, clean smell after the carpet was cleaned.
