Started out as a small repair job and ended up with 400sqft on new flooring, Excellent finished product with stain three coats of finish. Maybe the best and most surprising part was the cleanup crew that arrived to put the furniture back after dusting and vacuuming each piece.
The carpet cleaning was very effective. The tech was great -- he was very nice and professional, and he helped me move large pieces of furniture!

The guys who came to my house were very pleasant and explained everything they were doing ahead of time. Having carpets cleaned in a house previously occupied by naughty cats who left messes throughout the house, the guys were very thorough in finding and treating those spots effectively. Easy scheduling, appointment reminder and pre-visit call was great. Jarvis, the technician, was prompt, protected furniture from the hose and efficient. Very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend.

I LOVE the fact that it's 100% Non-Toxic. I just wish Dawsonville, GA was part of your coverage area as the service does seem to get a bit expensive especially for out of coverage area customers.

The fact that the representative had a conversation with me before cleaning the carpet and let me know what to expect was the most important thing he could have done. Actually the carpet turned out better than I expected considering the condition it was in.

My carpets were very dirty and it did take an extra visit by the technician, who was very nice, to get the results I wanted. The extra visit was no charge however...(What a great policy!!!). End result was better than I could have hoped for. The previously dingy soiled stairs were especially improved. Cat vomit stains were gone in the bedroom! I wish I had before and after photos. We were impressed at how clean the carpet got following treatment. We look forward to using your business again in the future.
