I really liked how honest the young man was that came to my house. He was wonderful! I had some really old stains that were tough and he was up front about it. He did a great job on them anyway. The rest of the carpet was great.

Environmentally friendly, safe for family/kids/pets, nice fresh smell, clean carpets! Customer service tech on phone as well as the tech that came to the house very polite and friendly. Tre was our tech and he was awesome!
