Everyone was very friendly from the initial contact to when the carpets were cleaned. I received a text the day before to confirm my appointment and a call that morning from the office to give me an estimated time when the driver would arrive. He was very courteous and explained exactly what he would be doing to the carpets and pre-treated for pet stains. The smell was wonderful and lingered for several days. I also like to 30-day guarantee that if stains reappear, I just call and someone will come back out. The carpets were not soaked, taking hours to dry.

My car had soiled the carpet. The technician returned to repeat treatment.

He tried to get the odor out by treating 4 times. Explained that the pad needed to be replaced and the carpet was still good.
