Reginald A. did a fantastic job on my carpet! He was very professional when presenting Zerorez products and offered solutions for removing stains from my carpet. He also insisted I checked each room before moving on to the next to make sure it was up to my expectation. I'd entertained the thought of replacing the carpet; thinking there was no way it would be salvageable. But, Reginald made a believer out me and saved me the expense of paying over $1000 to upgrade. His hard work and customer service was beyond my expectations. Truely, in the future, Reginald will be my spot guy going forward.
