The gentleman who arrived was very professional. We showed him the areas and he talked to us about an upsell to an enzyme treatment for some pets stains. We said yes on the two public area and no to a bedroom. This upsell was very professional, more as advice than selling. We took it because we had some bad areas.
The initial results were fabulous. The technician was very precise and left a pattern that reminded my wife of the crisscrossed mowing at a baseball stadium. it was as uniform as fishscales and was a joy to see.
The carpet dried looking even better than the wet rugs looked. They looked brand new which was amazing considering the shape. The enzyme treatment was worth it although the normal treatment looked good, but it didn't have the wear stains that the enzyme treated rugs had.
This was a great service and we are very satisfied with the results. We will use it again and recommend it often.

Love the service I recently received. It looks so amazing. The technician was very nice I just wish I would’ve looked at all my carpet before he had left because it looks like there is a line in my carpet from where the technician may have treated the carpet first and maybe didn’t get it all up.
