courteous. The carpets looked great when he finished, and he did not pack up until I had checked all areas. He was
very cautious about placing corner protectors so as not to damage walls.

The technician was friendly and professional. I have a cut carpet with a pad under it but because it is cut and bound could not clean. Wish you would offer and option to like waiver possible damage to hardwoods and clean the carpet. The pad is very thick and I'm not worried about the wood.
