the suds less concept and cleaning technique are and have been effective to keep our carpeting clean for the past 12 years. Have used almost annually.
the addition to the line up of services with grout/tile cleaning is good, however the most recent service (1 week ago) has not been as expected. The dark brown tile (not the grout) has areas that I am still able to scrape off the white film from with my fingernail. This was what I believe (and expected) should have been removed by the high pressure system used by ZeroRez.

The technician was pleasant when he arrived even though it was late in the day. He was efficient and thorough. He asked about the areas of carpet that were a concern before beginning. After cleaning, those areas were unnoticeable.
