Mike Rivera did my carpet cleaning. He did an excellent job. I had had problems with another company the day before, and I had some odd requests for him - like letting me look at all his gear before he unloaded it from his truck (bcz the other company's gear was FILTHY and SMELLY)... Mike was very willing to accommodate me in any way he could, and he took his time to address all of my concerns. He was easy to talk to, professional, courteous, and careful with my home. My carpets are beautifully clean. I very much appreciate Mike's willingness to go the extra mile and CARE about the quality of his work - a rare find in today's world. Thank you Mike!

The job was well done and the worker was very informative he was on time and everything went off like clockwork.

The technician who came out was very nice and explained our options to us making it clear that if we weren't happy they would walk away at no charge to us. We ended up doing the upgrade and all the carpet high traffic stains came out and looks great.

Professionals, and quick dry

Our technician Triel was so great! We didn't get a phone call updating us on his arrival time and when I got home from an emergency vet appt he was already there with my mother in law and was completely flexible with us.
He came in and gave an honest assessment of our carpets and what treatment he recommended for them. He was friendly and and was worked around our animals (cats and an injured anxious great dane) with no issues. We will definitely be requesting him again for future services with Zerorez!
