Jason was extremely nice and provided excellent customer service. My wool rug was cleaned for the first time- I didn't realize it was going to shrink so much!! The pad underneath stuck way out from underneath the rug. Jason and the other man who was with him (can't remember his name), offered to cut the pad so it would look nice and fit correctly.
The only thing I would say is to point out to customers that are having wool rugs cleaned for the first time, that their rug could shrink significantly. I hope this only happens with the first cleaning.
