What we liked most was our Zerorez Tech named Carlos and the outstanding job he did cleaing our carpets. Carlos explained how Zerorez works, carpet need-to-know tips, and products & service to prolong the life of our carpets. We appreciate Carlos' professionalism and friendly service during his visit to do work at our home. I especially liked the fact that he used corner guards and wore white shoe protectors while cleaning our carpets. We could see a visible difference in the cleanliness of our carpets once Carlos had finished.

I recently purchased carpet and furniture cleaning from Zeroez Atlanta. My technician, Jacob, arrived promptly, conducted a walk through of the three rooms and furniture he would clean, and went to work. He was very diligent in making sure my carpet and furniture was as clean as possible. After all, it had been six years since it was professionally cleaned. I am truly pleased with the service I received from Zeroez Atlanta and will use this company again. I have already recommended them to family. Oh, did I mention I received next day service after speaking with a Zeroez representative. I also added Scotch Guard protection to my high traffic areas. I received all of this service at a very affordable price.

Our carpets were disgustingly dirty in our work place. People tracked grime in from the warehouse and our tan patterned carpets looked almost black in places. I decided to try Zerorez in a 1200 sq. ft. area to see if it would look good enough to salvage another year's wear before replacing them. Now, they look like new! I can't believe it. I highly recommend them. Last year I spent a lot of money with a local steam cleaning company and they didn't look much better. Night and day difference with Zerorez! I highly recommend them. I'm having them back to finish the whole office. Mike was here on time, highly professional and so very nice. Everyone noticed when they came in the office today and were amazed!

Excellent customer service! Mr. Mason was very informative regarding Zerorez services that could help my son with his allergies.

I was extremely satisfied with the cleaning job. My carpet looks almost new again. The young man, I'm sorry but I've forgotten his name, was so polite and worked like he knew what he was doing and not only that he didn't seem to be in a rush to get out of here. We had a very pleasant conversation about family and his job. When I need my carpet cleaner again I would have to ask for the same person.

They let me know they were running late and took of $21 as an apology for the inconvenience. Rather gentleman who worked on our carpets did a great job and completed 3 rooms and stairs in 1 hr. The carpets dried within the 4-5 hrs that they said. I would highly recommend them!
