Excellent cleaning no the techs do a very thorough job.

Courtesy, thoughtful, helpful man arrived on time and explained all to me and then he worked hard and in a timely manner to get the job done. That was important to me because I am a caregiver to my disabled brother that lives next door to me. I had to take his supper to him around 6pm and he was through and loading up in plenty of time so I was not late serving supper.

I am pleased with the results and two other companies have cleaned carpet for me in the past years. I would say this was a lot better job and experience. The carpet really looks and smells clean. I am glad there were not coverup perfumes in this job just a clean smell. I have allergies so coverups cause problems sometimes.

Clean smell, excellent doggie urine enzyme pre-treatment. ALL the stains came out of the carpet! I did not think that was possible. This carpet was a total disaster. VERY pleased with the end results after the carpet was completely dried. I even had two rugs (runners) takened to be cleaned. They are also beyond help! I look forward to seeing the results. I also plan on doing two large rugs, but do not have the funds right now. I did not know Zerorez cleans rugs at their special facility...cleaned on both sides!! CJ was awesome as my cleaner. He did an excellent job. Will use you folks going forward; especially with the Fall and Christmas holidays coming up! Thank you so much!

The Zerorez serviceman was professional and courteous. I was disappointed, however, that I was not given a call when the time of service that I was given was delayed by 2 hours. Carpet was cleaned in a timely manner and I was satisfied with the job.

What I liked most is the technician. Extremely friendly, hard working, courteous, and efficient.

Damien Williams was my tech And he was just as nice and personable as you would ever want somebody to be. Explained the entire process to me and I felt the prices were very reasonable I will definitely use them again and specifically I will use him again.

Our technician was knowledgeable and removed stains we never thought could come up. It was pretty affordable too.

The carpets smell so much better. Some of the stains did not come out, but no promises were made that they would. The tech was very professional and prompt. The cost for the pet smell removal is high.
