The Zerorez Service was all about my Technician Brandon - he was EXCELLENT! It is said a company is as good as its people, well you have real gem with Brandon. He explained what he was doing, was observant about other items in my home he could clean too, like my couch. We also went ahead and rolled up the Persian rugs and sent them off in the van for cleaning. A well turned out young man who worked really hard! I did not mind spending extra money as Brandon's service and knowledge was simply Brilliant. Many thanks Zerorez -

The technician walked us through the cleaning process. There were no chemicals use. It didn't take long for him to clean the carpet and the drying process was quicquick will differently use this service and pass the information along to friends and family.

The technician was knowledgeable and very professional. This was my first time using ZeroRes and will definitely use them again. Not only was the technician great, he informed me about what I could do to keep my carpets clean going forward and suggested that my air ducts might need some attention too. I had no idea that the dust in my air ducts might cause the edges of my carpet to look dirty.
The cost is fair. The service is awesome. The technician was SUPER GREAT, very professional and extremely thorough. Zerorez should behappy to have him on your team!

Effective and efficient way of providing the service
We have pets and I thought our carpet was a lost cause. The the tech made a recommendation for the enzyme product, and It worked wonderfully.
