The confirmation of appointments via e-mails and phone helped us remember our appointment, as well as letting my family know when the technician was on their way to our house. I was not there when the technician arrived but my husband let me know that they were very friendly and were helpful when my husband wanted to add on an extra service. The technician cleaned three rooms, a hallway, and stairs and all ended up looking amazingly clean (almost like we had new carpets). They were able to clean out spots I thought were never going to get out. The technician was courteous and provided excellent service.
