I appreciate the effort Josh put into making sure our sectional was cleaned properly.He was cordial and professional.

My first experience was not a pleasant one as the technician accidentally backed his vehicle into my car and damaged the bumper which had to be replaced. While I acknowledge that Zerorez was responsible and took care of the expenses, I was disappointed that there was no offer of any compensation (i.e., discount on future cleaning or on services rendered. However, with that being said, I wanted to try Zerorez again because depite the incident, my carpets were cleaned.

This time, I had a FANTASTIC technician (William - Corey) who was very professional and actually put down yellow plastic protectors on each corner of my wall. He explained the services and offered other services that were available. He had great conversation and was showing me what he was doing to get the carpets cleaned. Although, we do not walk on our carpets, it was great to get them smelling so fresh and clean. We were very happy and will use Zerorez again, this time, we will request (William-Corey)!

I was very impressed with service tech Treq Calhoun. His 5th house of the day and 6000 square feet of white carpet to do. Knocked it out of rhe park, myself and the house keeper agree its the cleanest jts been in years, long time stains gone!

Whatever you do, ask for Treq or someone he has trained. He should be the regional trainer, his work ethic and results are excellent. Thanks Treq!
