ZeroRez provided a first rate cleaning product. My light colored carpet had multiple stains that seemed impossible to remove. The technician prefaced the process by saying that due to the condition of the carpet it was quite possible that the stains would not come out. As such he offered to clean a small portion free of charge to see if it was to my satisfaction. Surprisingly that stains were removed and the remainder of the carpet was cleaned impeccably.

The technician as well as the office staff person were courteous and professional.

I highly recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs.
