I love the fact that Zerorez customer service contacted me back when I wasn’t satisfied with the service performed. They not only contacted me, but arranged for a Senior Cleaner to come back to make things right at no extra charge. My problem was resolved and I’m still a Zerorez customer!!

Your installers are the best. Your office people, who answer the phone, are very incompetent and are rude. They leave you on hold until you get tired of waiting after 5 to 10 minutes. This has happened a few times when I tried to get information or make an appointment. FIRE THE TELEPHONE OPERATORS AND KEEP THE TECH'S.

My carpet and tile & grout is very clean . Looks good Technician was very professional.

Technician was very friendly, explained the process and reasons why he recommended certain cleaners.
After he left, I did find one spot that remained on an upstairs carpet. I’ll be calling in the next week for a redo of that spot.
But, otherwise, I’m very pleased with your service and will definitely use Zerorez again.

Tech was professional, carpets are much improved after the service

We used Zerorez to clean my air ducts and we absolutely love what they did! We can actually breathe better, the air in the house feels cleaner, and we are not coughing and sneezing like we have been forever! Very happy with their service and we would totally recommend them!
