Good results and service. The service guy was really nice, gave me a call when he was on his way, offered education on services, helpful, good attitude and ultimately did a nice job on my carpet and sofa. Everything looks and smells nice.
They gave me a quote before the visit but there were a few cleaning options that were presented to me in person that I wish I would have had more time to think about and understand before hand. For example a bacteria killing spray for an up charge. I would have liked to understand that better before hand.

The service technician was very polite and encouraged any questions. He did move some lite pieces of furniture. The fact that the company does not use soap but high PH water on the carpet leaves the rugs very clean. Like the ad says....no residue. The carpet dried in approximately 8 hours. I did however feel that the protectant for the living and dining room was high priced. I paid $105.00. On the whole I would say zerorez provides a good service.
