Our carpet looked like it needed to be replaced in spots instead of being only 6 years old. We had almost given up hope. We heard about Zerorez on the radio and decided to give it a try. We had our living room, dining room and small hallway cleaned as well as the 6 stairs which are not included in the special. We had owned a cat that had litterbox issues. I asked about extra services and Trey told me the prices and explained how each treatment worked. He was very factual and helpful with no pressure at all. The total cost was considerably more than the basic cleaning, but much less than replacing the carpet. We think it was well worth every penny. Although the carpet doesn't look brand new in the heavy traffic areas, it does look like its actual age which is fine with us and much better than before. The carpet looks and feels cleaner than it has in a while even though we had cleaned it ourselves every 6 months. When it is time for the carpet to be cleaned again, we will use Zerorez knowing we won't have to do all of the additional treatments.

The service was very efficient and thorough. The technician worked expeditiously to complete the job. He also was informative and pointing out his efforts to clean tough spots and the fact that some spots were just worn due to the age of the carpet.
Additionally, the technician was timely and was complete within the timeframe given. He was very professional, personable and respectful.
Our tech, Trayvon, was really thorough and very knowledgeable. He got down on his hands and knees to inspect and smell the carpet in a few particularly discolored areas and suggested a custom treatment for our carpet that would remove discoloration, odor, and pet dander. Our carpet looks and smells like new again!

I was very pleased with the services. The rates were very fair. The technician was friendly, fast, and courteous. All the ugly stains were lifted, it smells great, and the carpets were not soaked. I would definitely recommend and use Zerorez again.
