I was pleased with the carpet cleaning. Our carpet is old, worn and dirty. Unfortunately, they are still old but look much better and clean! The technician, Eric, was professional, friendly and respectful of me and my home.
Service is absolutely exceptional. Trey recommended a couple things based on observations and at the end the carpets looked like new. The carpets are 10 and 20 years old!!

Making our appointment was easy; the followup call to refine the technician's arrival window was timely,AND Travon, our cleaning technician was able to call and arrive ahead of schedule.
Travon was both friendly and professional, and very careful as he moved the large suction hose around the corners of our house. He even left some booties for our use that evening.
