The appointment was on time with a call 20 mins before arrival. Process was explained from beginning to end. Suggestions were made regarding additional processes that might be helpful to my needs; and, NO EXTRA THINGS were used without my approval. The young man who did the work (I can't remember his name but it started with an R)was a delightful, kind and thorough worker. He was personally clean and neat and his work ethic was the same.
I would call ZeroRez again in the future and hopefully get the same delightful worker. In addition, the price quoted at the very beginning of the process was NEVER changed.

The technician was extremely efficient and very knowledgeable about the process. He was polite and worked hard to deal with some pet urine issues. I would not only recommend your company, but also Sedric. Through no fault of his, but due to the extent of the staining, not all of the carpet came completely clean in the dining room. However, the scent is fresh, so the treatment achieved that aspect of the problem.
Overall, the carpet in the three areas is much cleaner.
Remington was fantastic to work with! He explained everything he was doing as well as any additional services that were available. I never felt pressured to do anything more that what I was originally signed up for but did opt for an additional service after he suggested and explained it to me.

when zedrick arrives....he evaluates what needs to be done....he explains completely what he will be doing....he makes sure all our questions are answered...then he works quickly, professionally and courtesously. after he is done he asks if all is okay, explains the bill again and completes clean up thoroughly. he asks if there is anything else he could do for us. can it get any better than that....oh, and he is so friendly and helpful too
