The fresh smell was wonderful. Service was very quick and great once the service technician got to the house. I think your company can use some help with your customer service thoigh. I left a voicemail and an email mail. It took two weeks to receive a call back. The. I scheduled the appointment. I was told I would get a confirmation call the day prior. No one called me the day before by 4pm. I had to call. No one answered your phones

This time I did get a return phone call back in about thirty minutes. I scheduled my appointment out three weeks and it was still 6:10 on a Saturday night before your techiniction2 arrived
If I would have known it would be that late at night I would not have scheduled the appointment.

I really liked Trevon! He was very personable, kind and knowledgeable about the products. I'm still smelling an odor, however; and am waiting for the carpets to completely dry...there are places where they are still wet. Is that common?

The employee that did the work was very nice and did a great job. We wanted a product that was not toxic or harmful so we were pleased with that, but we knew it wouldn't get all the stains out. Still very happy.
