My technician was very polite and thorough with his cleaning. He was not able to get all of my areas cleaned and he warned me in advance about those areas. It was easy to schedule my service.

The guys worked very well with us to accommodate our animals. We have cats and dogs and had to be careful with them wanting to go out the door where the hose came in. That is a recommendation we have, to educate customers on how the process works so we can be prepared to have a door standing open for the time they are doing the cleaning. The did a great job.
