Zerorez is excellent from the start. It's easy to make an appointment and there are plenty of time slots/dates to accommodate my needs. Communication is great - confirmation email, phone call follow up, and then a call when they are on the way. I'm never left guessing when they will show up! Cleaning techs are very polite and knowledgeable. They take great care to preserve the cleanliness of your home when moving in and out and moving around the hoses, etc. The techs explain the process and give options on how problem areas can be tackled.
Prices are given up front before any cleaning starts. Last, but not least - my carpets are left looking and smelling amazing!! This is the only carpet cleaning company I'll ever use!!

We had a great experience! They were very professional and efficient in cleaning our vents. For our carpet cleaning, the person came over and explained that our carpets were not suitable for a cleaning. I really appreciated his honesty and that he didn't waste our time or money with trying to clean it if we weren't going to have the results we wanted.

Our guy did a great job. He was courteous and took care of my house. Put guards up so the hoses wouldn’t damage the walls. He even treated a spot, in a room he wasn’t cleaning for me, to be helpful. It dried quickly and felt clean! I would recommend!

The men were friendly and explained everything to me before the started. They worked efficiently and, afterwords, again explained what they did. The best part was they showed up on time.
Technician was very thorough and knowledgeable offering information to care for our chairs. We had 75 stack chairs and they look and smell great.
