I loved the ease of setting up an appointment via email and text. The rep was speedy and accurate with scheduling. The service person Antonio was on time, explained what he was going to do, and worked hard while he cleaned my carpets and steps. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained why he couldn't guarantee that the spots downstairs might not be taken out. Actually, the carpet at the bottom of the steps is so old that the spots showed where the carpet had been worn by many footsteps. My bedroom carpet looks and feels wonderful!
