You were efficient, prompt, communicated well and stand by your service/product. When I was unhappy that two spots had not cleared you rescheduled and came back within two or three days.
I had my duct work and furnace cleaned. I appreciated the professionalism of the technicians, how they made sure the areas were clean on completion and how they walked me through the process of what they were doing and how long it would take. They even took pictures of the vents/ducts and showed me the collection of dust and other things I didn't know where in the areas. This is the first time I had this done in 21 years.

Your bill did not deviate from the advertised price. I was given complete instructions before the technician arrived. The technician was the star. He was pleasant and respectful of both me and my property (donning covers to his shoes). I'm an old lady and have had some bad experiences with repair people. I cannot stress enough how at ease I was instantly with the man who came to clean my carpets, even helping me move an office chair that didn't seem to fit out of the door of the room. The end result is that my house feels clean, the old carpeting that should be replaced looks just fine now, and the experience of hefting furniture from room to room is now behind me. I would do this again ... but not for a while. I have aches and pains and bruises to heal (grin). Perhaps this is an opportunity for you to add a helpful addition to your services. Think of how many aging boomers there are who, like me, can't afford to replace old carpeting but also can't manage to haul furniture about to make carpet-cleaning possible. For a nominal fee, could you offer to send people to move things out of the way as they clean?
