We used Zerorez for the first time and the service provider was very good. He was polite and got right to work. He asked me to inspect the chairs after he cleaned them and then applied the scotch guard. Then also cleaned a rug for us also. Everything was fine to our satisfaction
I was surprised when I was signing for the payment that it asked for a tip. I have never heard of tipping someone in this situation.
He did a very good job but I feel the charge was sufficient and no tip should be requested.

I only use Zerorez for carpet cleaning, because you are Simply the Best. Reggie came on Monday for clean a bedroom carpet that our grand dog had soiled. You had been to our house only a couple of months before to clean/protect 2 rooms and stairs.
Reggie was courteous, professional and well informed about the best process to assure the needed area was completely cleaned. He treated the room and then cleaned it beautifully. It is a bedroom our granddaughter will be using when she sleeps here, so having it cleaned thoroughly was very important.
