The techs were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They arrived early and worked efficiently. We had two dogs crated in one room; the techs worked quickly to get in and out of that room so as to not stress our pets. They cleaned up after themselves and the checkout process was smooth.

Very thorough. They stayed with the problem until it was cleaned to my satisfaction. Then they cleaned and re-sealed my hardwood floors. This was a process that extended the life of my original floors without the mess of sanding. All the technicians are polite and respectful. They called before they came and left the house how they found it.

Quick and easy scheduling, a phone call from my tech 15-20 minutes ahead of his arrival. Tech arrived and was the nicest person! He told me what he was going to do and then cleaned my carpeting - which was in sorry shape - I have to admit. He gave me clear instructions about dry time. My carpeting looks terrific! I could not be happier. I will not hesitate to recommend this company or have them back in my home. And their prices are very reasonable.

I liked it ..at first ..the worker did well ..I gave him a $ 20 tip he did well ...it smelled fresh ...but the smell is back ...and I paid double because I only had 1 room .
I was quoted 70 ...and I pd way more than that ...had to pay for 2 rooms ... I gave the tech a tip because he was on time ...courteous and explained the process ... but I need them to come back ...and a redo .....thank you ...T.H.
