I thought the service personnel were very professional, cognizant of their products and what they would/wouldn’t do and could accurately set expectations regarding their performance. We were very pleased with their work and how nice the carpets appeared afterwards. They had estimated that the task would take around 2 hours and about 2 hours after they started they were finished! Very satisfying service. Money well spent.

I appreciate the interaction that the young man came with. I also appreciate them explaining to me what they were doing what it was going to do and telling me all about the product also appreciate that didn’t really understand how I put and for the services, but I couldn’t put in the box too cold and your gentleman told me how you know he did it, but nevertheless, I was really really satisfied and they gave me the option of whether or not I wanted to stay guard so as I see it before I was gonna get rid of the carpet, but it still has Life in it and they actually saved me a lot of money so again I appreciate you guys and have a blessed day

Tim did an excellent job and very nice to deal with. He explained everything he was doing step by step. He was also cautious on walking through the house with protection on his shoes so he would not drag any outside dirt in. A mat was laid down where ever he was working to protect the laminate floor as well.
