Job of taking out most stains, friendly and informed technician and no after Oder.
The tech was very personable and professional and did a great job. I did have a billing issue. Perhaps some better training should be put in place to assist the phone representatives in explaining services and what is involved. Extra charges were not clearly explained and I had to bring this to the attention to another representative. The situation was resolved in the end, but the representative that resolved the situation was did not show empathy and acted as though I was being a hassle to deal with. Again, this had nothing to do with the tech that performed the service or the service performed.

The customer service was phenomenal, the 2 men that came were polite and communicated everything well. Probably the main reason I would recommend to anyone.
The technicians came in to my home and were respectful. They explained everything I wanted to know, and were very considerate of my home. They made it look simple and do-able.
When they were finished, they cleaned everything up and even locked my basement behind them. I liked the way the two men worked together when they were all finished.
All in all, to have the ducts cleaned and the rugs cleaned in one day was very efficient and satisfying.

Our vinyl tile floors look significantly better. The only feedback we have is to be more careful about the filthy splatter. We had it on the outside walls of our cubicles, walls, and carpet.
