Honestly at first I was very hesitant to use zerorez- as we used them before and I wasn't 100% impressed. We have used about three other companies as well. My husband listens to Rizzuto, so of course he hears about you all a bunch. He convinced me this time to try them again. I am 100% absolutely floored and happy I decided to use them again. Dustin came and we discussed all the issues in our carpeting that other companies failed to see and take care of completely! He talked us through the whole process, was completely transparent, and kept us updated on pricing before he suggested any more cleaning. Professionalism at it's absolute finest! There aren't many people like that any more and I don't normally write reviews unless you have definitely done a horrible job or you definitely deserve it! I am 100% convinced and on board with zerorez and will be requesting to have him come again and again! I especially appreciated the full size door flap, shoe booties and drop cloths that were used to keep my home clean while the cleaning process was taking place. Consistently amazing
The gentleman that provided the services was very professional and nice. He was very respectful and wore protective mask and gloves because of COVID 19. We had some pretty big stains due to some medical boots that had been worn in the home for several years, and while the stains did not come all the way up, it looks MUCH better. Would definitely recommend Zerorez.

Great customer service. The technician arrived on time, was very courteous and did a very thorough job cleaning the carpets in our house. They are now very clean and there was no residue or lingering odors. The process was very straightforward, the technician explained everything he was going to do and all turned out well. The cost was very reasonable for what we had done, and I would definitely recommend ZEROREZ if you need your carpets cleaned.
