Loved Zerorez and loved Colin! He took the time to explain everything that he found and everything that he was going to do. We really liked the fact that all the carpet was cleaned before we moved into the house and that we could walk on it immediately.

He called in advance to say he was on the way, showed up early, finished early, clearly walked through our options, made recommendations, clarified our questions, provided clear instructions once finished, and communicated next steps from a care and best practice standpoint.
