Remington and Cortez arrived on time for the duct cleaning appointment. They were very friendly and professional. Remington clearly explained the process to me and asked if I had questions. He showed pictures of the ducts before beginning work, and videos during the cleaning process. He kept me informed of their progress, and commented on the condition of the ducts and the type of debris they were encountering. They worked efficiently to completed the work in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves and put things back in order before leaving. A job well done!
The 2 gentlemen that came to the house, Remmington and Cortez were very knowledgable and friendly. They left no mess and made sure I seen video of the work performed.
