Jacob did a much more thorough job than the last company I had clean carpets which was Chemdry. He didn't just go through the motions. They required some work and he worked at actually getting them clean. Great job and great guy. I highly recommend Zerorez based on his work, professionalism, etc. and the price didn't get inflated either and I appreciate that. Also, it was about $200 cheaper than Chemdry so I felt like I got my money's worth.

The service technician (Mark) did a remarkable job on our kitchen floor. We had a new tile floor put in 3 years ago and with all the traffic and 3 dogs going in and out all the time it looked horrible. After Mark got done with it, it was beautiful! We couldn't believe that it looked just like it did when it was brand new.
I wish anyone interested in using Zerorez could see the before and after pictures. I believe Mark took a picture. I give you permission to use the picture so others can benefit from your services. Obviously, we were very happy!

I was very pleased with the courteous and professional way the service tech carried himself. He explained the entire process and product to me. I didn't feel like he was a "salesman" trying to get the cost of the service higher than necessary. He was in and out without any issues. I will definitely recommend ZEROREZ to all my friends.

I wasn't completely satisfied after my first service. The servicemen were very good, but the carpet still had residue. I cannot believe that they actually followed up and came back out - for free no less - and re cleaned the carpet. There were still some trouble spots that I had to re clean myself, but I am much happier with the results this time. Great customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to have their carpets professionally cleaned, and I would use them again in the future.
