The service was AMAZING. It turned out that I did not need the service I originally booked for. And instead of doing it and taking my money anyway, they were very up front with me and offered a significantly less expensive service that suited my needs more. They also informed me that my AC may be leaking freon and fixed my dryer vent connection for me, which was way above and beyond. They also saved me money by pointing out I was over-quoted AND they discounted the price of a forever filter. The service men were respectful, helpful, informative, funny, and personable. I will absolutely be using Zerorez again and recommending to any and everyone.
