Although they were unable to get all the built in and old stains out of our basement carpet on the second try, I will still give them a 10. The rest of the house looked great and gave our home a nice clean and fresh smell. They arrived in the 3 hour window and gave us a call when they would be due. Courteous and friendly staff.

Our technician (Jeff, I think??) Was very personable. He took time to explain your process and made sure we were happy with the job before he left. He also did a thorough check of the house prior to doing the job to see if there were any areas we were concerned about.
