The technician was knowledgeable and concerned about our safety and cleanliness. His equipment had gotten muddy at his stop before mine and he called to tell me he was going back to the office to get everything cleaned up before he brought it into my house. He was personable. All went well. Pleased with the job.

I was very happy with the way our carpet was cleaned. The spots are gone and it is fresh smelling, no chemical odor. Our technician, was Jacob. I could not have asked for a better worker. He was groomed well, spoke respectfully and worked independent of us having to baby sit him. He put covers over his shoes which was important to me. He also recommended bringing the equipment around to the back of the basement atrium doors, which I was thrilled about. This made the need to bring the hoses through my house....which was huge for me, not a plan. At first I was going to go with a competitor, however, read all the bad reviews. They advertise a lot on tv. I am so vey glad I went with Zerorez and will highly recommend them to friends and business associates.
