Tech was friendly and informed. I was satisfied with the carpet cleaning, but the chair cleaning did not look as good as I had anticipated. Looks like some areas were missed. A follow up visit has been scheduled.

Carpets are cleaner than they have ever been, even after other companies cleaned them in the past. My son made a huge black stain with slime and they were able to get that all the way out. Professional and courteous service. This is the company I will have clean my carpets from now on!!!
