I have been a member for over 3 years at 2x a week. It has been a lifesaver to decompress and detox my busy life. The staff is top notch, they always presets the room temperature and music so you have a walk right in experience.
The cold essential oil towel at the end is amazing. You will always leave revived and relaxed.
